All regulated financial services are provided under the license and supervision of TanFox (Pty) Ltd.
We work exclusively with licensed brokers, custodians, and execution partners in each market.
2. Segregated Funds & Custody
Your investments are held by licensed custodians or brokers in your name. Funds are segregated from Mystocks’ operational accounts.
You retain beneficial ownership of all your assets at all times.
3. Secure Technology
We use industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect your data and transactions. Access to your account is protected by strong authentication and account monitoring.
4. Transparent Fees
Our platform fee is 0.75% per transaction. Prices may include a variable spread, which reflects market conditions and execution costs.
All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
5. Dividend & Corporate Action Handling
Dividends are credited to your account as soon as possible. Corporate actions, such as splits or rights issues, are processed according to partner and market rules. Mystocks ensures transparency, but timing depends on partners and market settlement.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with South Africa’s POPIA and applicable data protection laws. Your personal and financial information is secure, confidential, and never sold.
7. Education & Risk Awareness
Investing involves risk, including market volatility, currency fluctuations, and liquidity risk. Mystocks provides market information and educational content, but we do not give personalized investment advice.
